You may purchase a maximum of six (6) tickets per show during the presale and six (6) tickets per show during the General Public sale. Companion tickets are included within the total ticket limit.

Ticketmaster is the only authorised seller of Ed Sheeran tickets for Marvel Stadium & Optus Stadium. You run the risk of not being able to access the event if you purchase from any other unauthorised seller.

We’re expecting this to be a very popular event. When a popular event goes on sale there are thousands, and sometimes hundreds of thousands, of customers all attempting to purchase tickets at the same time. Tickets are sold as long as seats are available, and when an act is this popular, sometimes they go very quickly. To help manage the demand, there will be a queue in place prior to accessing the event page. You will be required to login to your account to join the queue, your account will only be counted once so there is no need to join on multiple browsers. Additional attempts to join via multiple browsers could kick you out of the queue completely.

Yes, multi-factor authentication will be in place to ensure secure access to the queue prior to each sale. You will be required to confirm your phone number as part of this process. To avoid any issues accessing the queue, please check your account now and verify that your mobile phone number is correct. This will ensure a smooth experience on the day of the sale.

Tickets for this tour will be mobile-only. To access your tickets for entry you must download the Ticketmaster App or add your tickets directly to your mobile wallet.

Yes, there will be a delivery delay in place. This will be in place until much closer to the event date. We will contact you once the delay has been lifted.

Marvel Stadium, Melbourne

Marvel Stadium is a licensed all ages venue. All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age.

Optus Stadium, Perth

Optus Stadiumis a licensed all ages venue. Children 12 years and under will not be admitted without a parent or guardian (16 years or older) and must remain with them at all times. Access to General Admission areas of the Arena is recommended for patrons aged 15 years and over. All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age.

The promoters of Ed Sheeran are committed to combatting unethical secondary ticketing resale. Upon arrival at the show, you will be required to present your mobile containing your ticket(s), and you’ll scan yourself and your party into the venue at the entrances via the Ticketmaster App or your mobile wallet. 

You will be required to produce a valid form of photo ID that matches the name of the person that purchased the ticket(s). This name will be visible on each ticket(s).

Accepted forms of Photo ID are

• Driver Licence or Learner Permit (from any country) including Digital Driver Licences
• Passport (from any country)
• KEYPASS Photo ID Card or Keypass in Digital ID
• Any other recognised Proof/Evidence of Age/Identity or Photo Card.

All Acceptable ID must be written in English or if not written in English, then accompanied by an official English translation.

For a foreign Driver Licence not written in English, an International Driver Permit issued in the foreign country of origin (and including a photo of the licence holder and translation) should be presented with the Foreign Driver Licence.

The matching ID of the name of the lead booker will be an entry requirement. The other tickets bought by that person can be used for other people as long as they ALL arrive with the lead booker. If you want to buy tickets as gifts then you’ll also have to attend to get your recipients into the show.

Please make sure your phone is fully charged before you leave the house to avoid this situation. If you run out of battery go to the box office where someone will be able to assist you to find your order.

Don’t worry, we can try and help you. In the first instance, head to the box office where someone will be able to help you work out what’s gone wrong. Remember DO NOT buy a ticket from someone you don’t know either in person on the street OR from an unauthorised secondary ticket website.

You will be able to list your tickets via our Resale service, capped at 10% of the purchase price. This will be enabled much closer to the event date. We will contact you once Resale is available.
